When God doesn’t make sense
His will should be sought.
The battles you have always faced,
By whom were they fought?
Was the fight fought on your own,
with your own purpose in mind?
Or was God given complete control,
His own purpose divine?
Every day we do battle
We have a decision to make.
Do I give God the lead,
or the lead, do I take?
God always has a plan
That far exceeds our very own.
When we accept its existence,
It shows we have grown.
It all comes down to Faith,
In the one who made us all.
By choosing to follow him
We’ll be carried when we fall.
God’s perfect will for us
will always lead to good.
When we choose to follow him,
as every Christian should.
