Priorities

Today is the yesterday of tomorrow’s past.

Do everything today as if it’s your last.

For you never know what tomorrow brings.

So, don’t get caught up in material things.

 

Don’t spend many hours planning each day.

Leave room for God to show you His way.

Worry not about things not in your control.

Let God handle them as He handles your soul.

 

Make peace with those whom you don’t get along.

Seek forgiveness from those in which you were wrong.

Ensure your salvation before it’s too late,

For all these things God warns it’s not wise to wait.

 

Tomorrow is a day that may never arrive.

So, handle what’s important while you’re still alive.

Don’t leave the world with things left undone.

Leave knowing your race has already been won.
