Overview

I started this project as a practice retail development master plan. There was a large empty plot of land in my town that has sat empty for quite a while. So I found the plot details online and used that as my buildable land area.There is still work to do, but I switched focus when I was asked to design the church campus using the same plot of land.My goal for this project was to create more of an outlet mall type of feel. I have space for 3 big box retailers, several outlying buildings, and a second floor office area on the main building.A hotel and restaurant pads are also on site.Laying out the parking lot was one of the harder parts of this project, but I think it works. I planed for truck movement, and also included a bus stop.

Main Building

3 big box retail spaces, 21 smaller retail spaces, and a food court with 4 tenant spaces are available in the main building.A shared loading dock is available for the smaller retail areas accessible by a central hall.Office units are rentable on the second floor above the small retail.

Outlet buildings

46 retail units are available for rent.  Units can be combined for larger spaces as needed.

 

Two sets of public bathrooms are also available for convenience.

Side Buildings

Side buildings can be used as offices, restaurants, retail, or the proposed hotel.
