Second idea of a house designed for the client. The only instructions I was really given was to have a gathering space on the 1st floor with a meditation space surrounded in glass on the top.
I’m not really a fan of this design, but I was trying to figure out the concept they wanted, and will make adjustments when I get further instructions/ clarification.
I created a version of the house without the gathering spaces to make this design more suitable for other home buyers.

The goals of this building were to:
Provide sports and fitness facilities
Provide educational rooms
Provide affordable meeting and banquet rooms
The goals of this building were to create a new church building with:
Approximately 1000 seat sanctuary
Youth spaces
Fellowship spaces
Classrooms.
This building would be utilized as a food pantry primarily, but may also distribute, toys, emergency goods, and school or medical supplies depending on community needs.
My goal for this project was to create more of an outlet mall type of feel. I have space for 3 big box retailers, several outlying buildings, and a second floor office area on the main building.
